The Rolling Pin is a weapon in Fallout: New Vegas.
Gameplay
A plain wooden rolling pin used in baking to flatten the dough, with a couple of thin streaks of blood down one side. It is the weakest melee weapon in the game, even with a Melee Weapons skill of 100 and all the relevant perks taken.
Special attack
The Rolling Pin has a special Lights Out attack that does 125% damage in V.A.T.S. at the cost of six more action points (requires a Melee skill of 50).

It is possible to execute Lights Out outside of V.A.T.S. (without the required Melee skill of 50 to perform the move) by initiating a power attack (hold attack button) while moving forward.
Durability
The rolling pin can successfully strike about 495 times from full condition before breaking.

- Novac - Inside Cliff Briscoe's bungalow, on top of the refrigerator.
- Freeside - Outside of Cerulean Robotics, each of Maud's Muggers could be armed with one.
- Randomly found in Metal Boxes.
