The Office Building is a location situated in Seward Square in Fallout 3.
Layout
The entrance to the building is on the south side of the structure between large pieces of debris. The first floor has collapsed, and a set of stairs leads to the second floor. A workstation terminal on the second floor includes information pertinent to the DC Metro Office of Urban Planning's Human Resources department.[1]
A door near the terminal provides access to the sky bridge, which is patrolled by Talon Company Mercs. This bridge connects the building to Seward Square North Metro. A scripted fight between Talon Company and Super Mutants takes place below the sky bridge. An artillery activation button is located on the bridge, which can be pressed multiple times to fire upon the two groups below.
Notes
- After The Waters of Life quest, when approaching the terminal, a vertibird can be heard and observed passing overhead through a hole in the ceiling.
- The copyright date on the workstation terminal is 2256.[2]
