Detailed walkthrough

Upon acquiring the quest, the Sole Survivor must travel to a marked location in the Commonwealth. Once there, they will be required to kill a marked target. The Sole Survivor can kill them outright or ask them to follow them to a hidden location so they can be disposed of quietly.

Notes

• If the Sole Survivor kills the target in front of others, even while hidden, friendly NPCs in the area turn hostile in reaction to the death.
• There is no way to complete the quest without killing the targeted NPC.

Bugs

PC Playstation 4 Xbox One Sometimes the quest target will not spawn.

• PC Use SetStage DLC04_RQ_KillTroubleMaker 100 to advance the quest.
• Playstation 4 Reload an earlier save prior to accepting the quest.
