Cleansed is a Hubologist in Nuka-World in Fallout 4.
Background
Cleansed is a member of Dara Hubbell's group of Hubologists at their camp near Nuka-World. He awaits someone to help his friends travel to another world, but until then, he roams the area outside Nuka-World, searching for anyone he can to ask them one thing: "Are you happy?"

Notes
As he is not essential, it is possible for Cleansed to be killed in a random encounter with him. If this happens, the Hubologists will be hostile and Trip to the Stars cannot be started, as the Hubologists will attack on sight.
