Tough Little Geckos are creatures found in Fallout 2.
Gameplay
They appear early in the game when the player character embarks on a quest to save a dog in the hunting grounds of Arroyo, where a small population of geckos roam. Little geckos will eat any iguana-on-a-stick or meat jerky dropped. They will also equip unarmed weaponry like spiked knuckles and power fists.

Notes
- With the Gecko Skinning perk, geckos can be skinned for gecko pelts and golden gecko pelts.
