Geckos are creatures found in the Fallout Series.
Gameplay
Their durable hides and pelts are used for manufacturing leather implements, such as leather armor.[Pub 1] Gecko Meat is also used as food. Klamath citizens mention that if the creatures are cooked correctly, it tastes like canned chicken.[1] Golden geckos can be found around irradiated areas where they lick up toxic waste.[2][Pub 2]

- Green geckos were first planned to appear in Fallout Pen and Paper d20 before appearing in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Honest Hearts.
- In Fallout 4 and Fallout 76, there is an issue of Tesla Science Magazine that features "Geckos and Gamma Radiation."
