Death is a Mole rat brood mother found in Fallout Shelter.
Background
Death was a hibernating Mole rat brood mother which was discovered by the inhabitants of Vault 144. Due to a capitalization mistake within the Vault 144 instruction manual, the vault dwellers began worshipping her as the physical embodiment of death.[1] She lived in a cave and was guarded by an Alpha Deathclaw.
