Radroaches are mutated insects found in the Mojave Wasteland in Fallout: New Vegas.
Background
Mutated Great American cockroaches, called "radroaches" or "giant cockroaches," are enlarged versions of the pre-War species.[1]
Gameplay
Radroaches will attack if approached. They will flutter their wings and make distinct clicking sounds as a warning before attacking.

Notes
- There is a special Unarmed V.A.T.S. attack when attacking a radroach, consisting of a stomp with the foot, followed by a heel-grind.
- Radroaches are the second weakest creature in the game, right after the raven.
- There will almost always be a fight between a radroach and a gecko on the I-15 north of Primm.
