Ruined Building with Locked Cache is an unmarked location in the Mojave Wasteland, located east and a bit north of the Mole Rat Ranch.

Or, you can use the back door (watch for the Tripwire and Grenade Bouquet); either allows access to a locked Metal Door [Hard]. Layout

The Ruined Building with Locked Cache is a two-story building with two entrances: a southern door and a northern door. The northern doorway has a tripwire linked to a Grenade Bouquet, while the southern doorway has two Frag Mines slightly beyond it. You can go through the windows to avoid the frag mines.

There is a supply room behind a hard lock. There is a Sniper Rifle in good condition as well as ammo for the rifle. There are also medical and crafting supplies within, as well as a Patriot's Cookbook and True Police Stories skill magazines.
