The Third Street Municipal Building is a location in the Divide in Fallout: New Vegas. It is located directly southwest of the Sunstone Tower Roof.
Layout
The second and third floors are the only accessible floors. The second floor can be reached from the ground by ascending metal wreckage. The building is connected to a small section of the city sewers nearby, which leads to the third floor of the building. The majority of the inner walls are destroyed.
Loot
- Elite Riot Gear and helmet - Worn by a dead NCR Riot Control Officer in the upper level of the building, accessed via the municipal sewers.
- Lying, Congressional Style - Under the physician's desk on the same floor as the elite riot gear.
- A Destroyed Eyebot - Found in the adjacent sewers. The eyebot contains an upgrade needed for the ED-Ecated challenge.
Notes
- There is an "Office of the Treasurer" terminal on a desk in the northwest corner of the building.
With the Wild Wasteland trait, the terminal will be automatically unlocked using "guest" as the password.
- There is a RALPHIE poster to the right of the physician's desk, needed for the Feel Like a Kid Again challenge.
- Part 2 of the Nostalgia challenge can be accessed on the second floor on the "Office of the Treasurer" terminal. Unusually, this may not add a note to the PipBoy, although reading the terminal still counts toward the achievement. The terminal shows messages regarding the treatment of anti-nuclear-weapon protesters, one of whom may be Sunflower Summers.
- There may or may not be two deathclaws outside this building. Their appearance depends on whether or not the Marked Men in the building just northwest upon entering the area after detonating the warhead are killed.

The Third Street Municipal Building appears only in the Fallout: New Vegas DLC Lonesome Road.
