Creations are additional content for Fallout 4. The term was introduced in 2017 for the Creation Club. On November 10, 2025, with the Anniversary Edition patch, the Creation Club and Verified Creator Program releases were combined into one "Creations" menu and name.
Verified Creator Program
The Bethesda Game Studios Verified Creator Program is the evolution of Creation Club, making it easier for Creators to both create and release content. Any author can post Creations, but only those in the Verified Creator Program can sell their Creations.
Authors must apply for admission via creations.bethesda.net to the Verified Creator Program. Once admitted, authors or Verified Creators submit their Creations for approval via Bethesda's quality assurance process. While everyone can upload free Creations, only admitted members of the Verified Creator Program may release content for sale and earn royalties on each Creation of theirs sold.[1]
Community Manager Cartogriffi clarified that "Verified Creations by community members are not official, whereas Creation Club content is" and that "we vet folks into the Verified Creators program AND we review any content they release through the program."[2]

With the Creations platform, it is now easier for players to discover, access and play downloadable content made by professional developers and enthusiasts alike, all within Starfield, Skyrim Special Edition, and Fallout 4 - and we’d love to have you contribute!
Bethesda Game Studios has always appreciated the importance of community-made content and we’re proud to be able to support and compensate Creators for their work through the new Bethesda Game Studios Verified Creator Program. If you apply and are admitted into the program, in addition to the ability to upload Creations you can share with the community for free, as a Verified Creator you can also put your Creations for sale in the Creations menu and receive a royalty from each Creation sold.
Creation Club
The Creation Club was an in-game microtransactional store for Fallout 4. Each Creation released through Creation Club was published by Bethesda and developed by authors who were hired as contract developers. Creation Club Credits were sold within it, which could be used to purchase Creation Club Creations.
Creation Credits
Creation Credits (previously Creation Club Credits) are the currency for paid Creations. They may be purchased at the following rates. Additionally, 100 free credits are given to every user the first time they open the Creations menu.
