Background

This building once served as the barracks for the soldiers serving at the Hopeville Missile Base, but it is now inhabited by Marked Men.

Layout

The men's barracks is right across the road from the east entrance of the Hopeville Base. It contains a Commissary Terminal that ED-E can unlock.

US Army Combat Armor - In the Hard locked metal locker outside the restroom.
Base service gate key - Inside a metal box between two nearby barracks between the men's and women's barracks. Unlocks gate east of the barracks.
