The Ruined Building is a location in the Sierra Madre in the Fallout: New Vegas DLC Dead Money.
Layout
The Ruined Building can be used as a safehouse for the player character, as it contains one of the very few beds in the Sierra Madre that can actually be slept in, along with several Cartons of Cigarettes lying on the bookshelves that can be redeemed for Sierra Madre Chips.
Loot
Exiting the back door to Puesta del Sol North then crossing a plank to another exposed room across the alley will lead to a Weapon Repair Kit on a shelf.
Notes
The location can be hard to get to. There are no doors on the ground floor, and access involves jumping from the nearby roof shingles (accessed from the Ruined Cafe's second floor south exit and coming around the roof to the right) onto the balcony.
