This building in the city's infield (near the intersection of Third and Home Streets) is a growing space clad with a mix of distinctive rusty and green metal sheets, similar to other nearby structures. A sign pointing towards Valentine Detective Agency hangs next to the entrance door. The door is on the southern façade, with a swath of fabric hung between the building and Moe Cronin's house across the street, creating a canopy.
In the dimly lit interior, four tato plants, three Mutfruit plants, and three wild mutfruit plants are under cultivation in the soil to each side. Several vents and extractor fans are on the walls, and a few tools and junk items are scattered about.
