The Gomorrah Floor Manager is a member of the Omertas at the Gomorrah casino in Fallout: New Vegas.
Background
The Gomorrah Floor Manager manages the main casino floor. By winning enough chips from playing casino games, he rewards the Courier with various prizes. By "breaking bank," he will ban the Courier from participating in any further casino games, instructing them to "rob the Tops" instead.[1]
