The Ultra-Luxe Floor Manager, named White Glove in game, is the floor manager for the Ultra-Luxe casino in Fallout: New Vegas.
Background
The Ultra-Luxe Floor Manager will give the Courier gifts from the casino as a reward for winning a certain amount of chips. After one wins enough chips, the floor manager will approach them and tell them that they're still welcome in the hotel but won't be allowed to gamble anymore.[1]
