Sergeant Donnelley was an Enclave officer stationed at The Whitespring Bunker in Appalachia.
Background
Donnelley was routinely charged with tough jobs by Captain N. Jackson. Once, he suffered a near-fatal accident while installing a surveillance dish in Charleston.[1] However, he showed potential and was on track for taking a shot at the promotion process at Camp McClintock.[2]
Ellen Santiago gave Donnelley special permission to head into the field to find his wife, but Thomas Eckhart called back the detachment. Santiago disagreed with the decision, but Eckhart refused to relent.[3] During the uprising, Donnelley sided with Santiago loyalists and was ordered him to destroy the MODUS memory banks.[4]
Appearances
Sergeant Donnelley is mentioned in Fallout 76.
