Cougar is a resident of Junktown in Fallout.
Background
Cougar often refers to himself in the third person. Primarily, he is Doc Morbid's assistant, but would also serve as a bodyguard if necessary (like Flash). Not appearing particularly bright, he prefers directing any questions posed towards himself to Flash.
