H&H Tools Company, also known as H&H Tools Inc. and H&H Tool Company, was a pre-War tools manufacturer, owned by Anthony House.
Background
The H&H Tools Company was a robotics company that provided Nevada and California with high-quality robotics equipment.[Pub 1] It was inherited by Anthony House following the death of his father, cheating his half brother Mr. House out of his inheritance.[1][Pub 1] His brother subsequently founded competitor RobCo Industries.[Pub 1]
Under Anthony's leadership, the company initially prospered and employees enjoyed great benefits.[2] As the years went on, he found himself missing his father's presence and advice, but told himself he would not be weighed down by the past.[Pub 1][3]
Employees mention that RobCo Industries began taking up more market share, causing Anthony House to display more paranoia, growing suspicious of employees such as Henderson, who he believed was conspiring with his brother to take over the company.[4] Anthony took measures to guard himself, including increasingly strict requirements of his employees via his human resources director, Cindy-Lou Kreb.[5] He installed turrets, required random DNA screenings, sealed off employee bathrooms, and banned languages other than English during business transactions.[6][7]
A terminal in his office reveals that he threatened employees with termination if they conspired with "foreigners, Masons, carpenters, Tragic players, illegal aliens, extraterrestrials or the Flemish."[8] Before the Great War, Anthony believed everyone had betrayed him and he activated the security systems in the factory, ending the email with "If you're reading this and you're American, GOD BLESS THE USA! If you're reading this and you're my brother, SEE YOU IN HELL!"[9]

Cpl. William Farber: "I don't know. Try the various traders around the wastes, or the pawn shop in Westside might have some parts. Oh, I've heard of a place called House Tools you could check out! Its an old factory on the north side of Vegas. Just a word of warning, though. I hear no one who goes in there comes back out. Could be traps, crazy robots, or who knows what in that place."

Long before the war, H&H Tools Company provided Nevada and California high-quality robotics equipment. Owned by the half-brother of Robert Edwin House (the founder of RobCo, and—were it not for the 200 year gap—the same man who lives in the Lucky 38 Casino). When their father was killed in an accident, the elder brother swindled Robert out of the family fortune, and assumed control of the company.
