Doctor Preston is the doctor of Rivet City in Fallout 3.
Background
Preston operates his clinic in the fore section of Rivet City's upper deck.[1] He does not support the drug habits of his patients.[2]

Notes
- He eats breakfast from 7 to 8 a.m. at the Weatherly Hotel.
- He sells Med-X, despite his claim of being "a doctor, not a dealer."
- As he is essential, his ear can only be pickpocketed from him after assaulting and knocking him unconscious.
