“This is A Quick Fix. I mean, that's the name of our shop. Paulie and mine that is. My name is Cindy. Cindy Cantelli.”
Cindy Cantelli owns the chem shop A Quick Fix with her husband, Paulie in Rivet City.[1]
Background
Her relationship with Paulie is strained due to his addiction to chems, and she has been forced to keep him away from the shop in fear of him taking its supply.[2] Unlike her husband, Cindy does not use chems.[3] She has a tendency to get nervous easily, which causes her to speak quickly.[4] She tends to her store during the market's business hours.
Publications
“Cindy runs A Quick Fix, which sells Chems. Cindy has given up on her addict husband, Paulie Cantelli. They go through the tired motions of a marriage without really interacting with each other. She never uses Chems herself, although she has no problem selling them to others.”— Fallout 3 Official Game Guide/Wasteland Census
