Grape Mentats are a consumable item in Fallout 76.
Gameplay
Grape Mentats temporarily lowers the prices of items sold by vendors by 10%, increases prices of items sold to vendors by 10%, and raises Charisma by 5. They also have a 10% chance of addiction.
