Orange Mentats are a variant of Mentats and come in a small tin that says Mentats on the front. Orange Mentats provide an increase to Perception.

- Can be crafted at a chemistry station with the correct ingredients after learning the recipe.
- Can be awared upon completion of the public event Project Paradise.
- Can sometimes be found in the Raider Collectron station.
- Can rarely be found on deceased feral ghouls.
