An empty blood sac is a junk item in Fallout 76.
Gameplay
Empty blood sacs (not to be confused with empty blood packs) are emptied versions of blood sacs, both of which consist of the eviscerated stomach of a bloodbug. The empty blood sac is a source of antiseptic, possibly as a result of the bloodbug's mutant biochemistry.

Locations
Empty blood sacs can sometimes be found on Super Mutants and in meat bags.
