Alya is a member of the Khans, serving as Garl Death-Hand's tactician in Fallout.
Background
She states that as the people of Shady Sands and the Khans are "from the same place." She justifies the raids on the town by stating the Khans are entitled to their wealth due to this shared past. The fact that they are "from the same place" is also why she thinks that the khans are not attacking Shady Sands but instead giving their dreary lives excitement.[1][2] She also holds the belief that if the Khans endanger Shady sands then its because Shady sands failed to plan adequately.[3] She and other Khans sometimes go to Junktown to relax after a hard day of pillaging.[4]
