The Wasteland Omelet is a filling meal made with the finest ingredients. It is one of the easiest high level foods to obtain, being regularly available for purchase on the Strip.

Notes
The Wasteland Omelet has the highest amount of health recovery in the base game as a health item, restoring 12 HP per second for an entire minute with 100 Survival skill, restoring 720 HP total.
Behind the scenes
The Wasteland Omelet is a reference to Rose's Bed and Breakfast appearing in the city of Modoc in Fallout 2 where the owner, Rose, keeps a Deathclaw to make her famous omelet which can be ordered by the Chosen One.
