Revenge note is a paper note in Fallout: New Vegas.
Location
It can be found on the hostile gambler during the quest Birds of a Feather. The gambler is encountered when guarding the doors to the Silver Rush.

If you are reading this, then I am likely dead. I can only hope that I have managed to take out some of those thrice-damned Van Graffs with me. My family deserves that much, at least.

Notes
- Searching the dead body to pick up this note may break the quest, as it interrupts the "help me clean this body up" line that Simon says. However, the body ends up in a nearby dumpster and the note can be collected there.
- Using an energy weapon like a Gauss Rifle together with the Meltdown perk may catapult the body of the gambler too far away to retrieve the note. This poses a problem, as the player is required to go with Simon to clean up the body, and leaving the curb outside the Silver Rush turns Simon hostile and fails the quest.
