Fancy Lads Snack Cakes is a consumable item in Fallout 4.
Gameplay
Fancy Lads Snack Cakes are a pre-War food item commonly found across The Commonwealth and other regions. The front and back of the box have a colorful pastel label and the sides are plain pink.
Consuming a pack restores 10 Hit Points and adds 4 rads to the Sole Survivor's radiation level. Consuming the pre-War variant, which can be found in rare quantities in the environment or crafted in the Food Processor heals 25 Hit Points without any rad penalty, except when playing in Survival mode.

Locations
- Many are located throughout the Commonwealth, on desks and tables, and in containers.
- On the metal shelf in the Root Cellar.
- On a shelf next to a chemistry station, across the BADTFL Regional Office, in the brick building.
Four instances of the pre-War version can be found:
- Cabot House, on the first floor, on the dining table.
- Harbormaster Hotel, on the ground floor in the desk with the cash register on it.
- Vault 81, in the northeast bedroom; one on the desk and one in a shelf partly obscured by a blackboard.
Notes
- In War Never Changes, the Sole Survivor mentions that Fancy Lads Snack Cakes do not actually expire.
- According to an Institute researcher, all of their Generation 3 synths have a fondness for these snack cakes.
