Mentats is a consumable item in Fallout 4.
Gameplay
A metal tin with the word 'Mentats' stamped on the front. It boosts Intelligence and Perception with +2 for 5 minutes and like most of its variants, it has an addiction withdrawal of -1 to Charisma.

Locations
- Sold by most chem dealers.
- A minimum of 26 Mentats can be found in Shaw High School. Thirteen of which can be found in Principal Tanner's locked closet, located immediately to the left of the building's entrance. There are additional Mentats in the back room of the library, and a few more scattered through the school.
Sold at the Nuka-Cade for 2,500 Nuka-Cade tickets (items rotate every couple of days).
