Antibiotics are a consumable item in Fallout 4 used to cure illnesses (bacterial diseases, parasitic vectors, viral infections, etc.) in Survival mode.
Gameplay
Antibiotics use the same model as Psycho, and can only be found when playing in Survival mode. It increases thirst 37.5 points and cures illnesses.
