An unnamed Vault appears during an intro cutscene in Fallout 2.
Background
The dwellers of this Vault watched a Vault-Tec presentation called "Leaving The Vault," which detailed various procedures for leaving a vault, such as lining up in an "orderly fashion," wearing protective eye wear and using a Garden of Eden Creation Kit create a "new world."
At the conclusion of the presentation, the Vault entrance lights up and begins to open. One Enclave soldier is seen by the entrance waiting, with four others behind outside with a Vertibird. The silhouettes of four adult vault dwellers and one child vault dweller are seen once the door is fully open. One of the adult dwellers waves at the soldiers before being promptly killed by several miniguns. Their screams are heard at the end.
