Ra-Ra is a child living in the Crater Core.
Background
Ra-Ra was found by Gail, who acts as a surrogate mother to her. Since then, they have protected and taken care of each other. She is the only child living in the Crater and is disappointed that she has no other children to play with. She also does not know her actual name, and claims to be an only child.
Ra-Ra owns a stuffed rabbit toy called Bunnabun that she is very fond of. When encountered, she can be seen creating colorful chalk drawings on the floor.
Recently, Ra-Ra and Gail were playing "I Spy" by the Grafton Lake. Gail mentioned seeing something ugly, brown, and coming right at them. The animal took Bunnabun so Ra-Ra chased it into a pipe. She encountered robots and hid from them.

Quests
- Fun and Games: Ra-Ra insists that the Vault Dwellers must help her find her toy, which was stolen by a Radrat, before she will return to the Crater. She will crawl through the vents of Grafton Steel Underground, opening locked doors and occasionally throwing pulse grenades to the Dwellers to help them fight the robots in the Underground.
- Buried Treasure: Ra-Ra joins the raid on Vault 79, again climbing through vents to help the group progress. Later on, Gail takes Ra-Ra back for her own safety.
Effects of player's actions
- Partly through Fun and Games, Ra-Ra will ask for food from the Dwellers. Should one choose to give her some, they will gain a small amount of Raider reputation.
- If one was nice to her in dialogue throughout Fun and Games, she will agree to help them open an optional locked door to gain access to the prototype steel mill paint power armor helmet. Otherwise, she will refuse, and the helmet will be unobtainable.
- If the player was nice to her, she will also agree to unlock a room which contains the Slug Buster during Buried Treasure.
