Hacker is an Intelligence-based perk in Fallout 76.
Effects
The perk allows to hack locked level 1 terminals throughout Appalachia. It also decreases the lock-out timer by 33%, should an attempt to hack a terminal fail.

Notes
- In order to hack level 2 terminals and above, the Expert Hacker and Master Hacker perks can be equipped alongside this perk.
- As each Hacker perk increases hacking skill by one, they can be equipped in any given combination, and are not tied to a terminal's level. For example, a level 1 terminal can be hacked with Master Hacker equipped, but a level 2 terminal would still require either the Hacker or Expert Hacker perk to be equipped alongside Master Hacker.
- When equipped, the Master Infiltrator legendary perk effectively renders all three Hacker perks obsolete.
