This perk reduces the weight of heavy weapons.

Notes
- Due to the fact that Bear Arms only affects the weapons themselves, and heavy weapon ammo is usually also heavy, it might be beneficial to take one of the ammo-weight-reducing perks: Bandolier for "Ballistic" ammo, Batteries Included for "Energy" ammo, and/or Ordnance Express for "Explosive" ammo.
- Prior to patch 1.0.6.0, the M79 grenade launcher and the auto grenade launchers did not benefit from this perk.[1]
