Doctor Gail Richardson was a test engineer at the X-8 Research Center in Big MT before the Great War.[1]
Background
Dr. Richardson was a test engineer for the X-8 Cyberdog Project.[1] They programmed the Cyberdogs, including programming the ability for them to fetch objects.[2]
Dr. Richardson also ordered for the shipment containing Nightstalkers to be opened, which led to the death of most people in the Shipping Department of the Research Center.[3][4]
