Chase R&D or Chase's R&D division was a pre-War company.

Background

A research division belonging to Constantine Chase, a United States Army general. Doctor Adrienne Adami stated that they believed a new drug created by the division known as "Psycho" would be helpful to the efforts of the military in Anchorage.[1] The doctor mentioned that early clinical trials showed possible side effects including dementia, psychotic aggression, and addiction but "if the thing works it works."[1]

In the Doe trafficking case logs, 120 units of injectable drugs stamped with the seal "Property of Chase R&D" are mentioned as recovered. They were collected by Maj. Newton from the U.S. Army.[2]
