	First Aid Kit
	Nara Root	It is a plant used by the Blackfoot. Reward given by Fast-Hands for healing his leg.
	Nutrient Paste	Keeps plague victims alive and their symptoms dormant. It also keeps the Prisoner from infecting new areas if it's taken at regular intervals.
	Smooch	Smooch is a chem that is either wrapped in thin paper and smoked, baked into bread and eaten, or simply eaten raw. Smooch combines an extreme mellowness, beyond the point of apathy, with intense ecstasy. Smooch is notable because it has exactly the same effect on ghouls as it does on humans. An anti-toxin for smooch potentially exists but isn't created without the help of the player character. The Prisoner could sells smooch directly to the Scaven Pickers, and use Yuri Polivich or Dusty Heart as distributors to sell smooch to the citizens of Hoover Dam. In the possible endings, it was possible for smooch to completely ravage Hoover Dam if the Prisoner decided to sell smooch through Yuri, and never created an anti-toxin.

	Craig's Head	Craig's head would have been in the inventory of Craig if they player decided to kill Craig. Its use in the game is for the quest Do Bob's bounty hunter jobs, where the player has to bring back the head of the bounty to Bob.	Do Bob's bounty hunter jobs
	Crushed Crystal	The crushed crystal was to be found aboard Ballistic Orbital Missile Base 001, being a component item in creating the freeze gun.	Build a freeze-gun
	Doctor's Bag		Get Jimmy T a Doctor's Bag
	Enriched Uranium	Some factions in the wasteland would love to get their hands on some weapons-grade enriched uranium. The Prisoner can find out what the Ciphers have by speaking with the Nemonik and deducing that his ancestors were carrying uranium around, fixing the computer and accessing the old records, or by snooping around the uranium chamber. 	Freezer Coil	The freezer coil was to be found aboard Ballistic Orbital Missile Base 001, being a component item for the freeze gun as well as being a component item for magnetized threads, allowing S.O.R.-1000 Alpha to spacewalk across the command center's inner hull supports.	Build a freeze-gun
	Geiger Counter		Get them a Geiger Counter
	Heart Bomb	The player will come to find out, after a bit of investigation, that Bear has a small heart bomb embedded in his chest. It seems that Kyle is quite proficient with demolitions and created a small, radio-controlled C4 device that he had Sid secretly implant into Bear when he was severely injured. 	Insulated Wire	The insulated wires were to be found aboard Ballistic Orbital Missile Base 001 They are needed for the Auto-Doc to create magnetized threads, which allow S.O.R.-1000 Alpha to accompany the player to the command center going across the inner hull supports. 	Memory Core	The Nemonik removed the memory core of the computer so any technical knowledge had to be passed on by the Nemonik himself. This was done to ensure that Mesa Verde didn't destroy itself with technology it wasn't responsible enough to handle. Azkee wants the Prisoner to fix the computer so the Ciphers have access to all the knowledge.	Repair the computer so the all the Ciphers can access the old knowledge
	Miracle Wheat Seeds	If the Prisoner learns about the miracle wheat which cleans up irradiated ground, he can mention this to Denom and offer to bring him some seeds.	Restore the crop fields with the Miracle Wheat
	Painkillers	Radian is suffering from High Desert Fever. A doctor PC can either cure him, or get him addicted to painkillers and turn him into a PC slave.	Cure Radian

	Poison		Poison the water shipments
	Poisoned Sowat Fruit	At the Outdoorsman Camp player character can create poisoned sowat fruit using radscorpion poison and sowat fruit from the Nursery or elsewhere. Dropping this anywhere near the geckos will draw and quickly kill them.	Get Rid of Lingering Geckos
	Power Cell	The damage to the main computer's shell is severe. One of the things that need to be replaced is the radio receiver. Once this is accomplished the power cell can be replaced (or recharged) and the shell will function.	Find a replacement robo-brain shell for the central computer
	Power Source	The power source was to be found aboard Ballistic Orbital Missile Base 001, and would be a component item in creating the freeze gun.	Find schematics for Freeze-gun

	Radio Signal Jammer	Kyle has control over Bear by means of a heart bomb, placed in Bear's chest. One way to disable it is to devise a way of rendering the signal in the trigger watch useless – some kind of signal jammer made from the parts found in the Rocket Assembly Building. 	Salicornia Oil	Jericho's water plant can't use the automated pump unless the pump is supplied by electricity. Due to the lack of gasoline, a biodiesel engine that can run on the same salicornia oil Jericho uses for heating and lighting needs to be built. Miscellaneous

	Action Figure	Foot tall replicas of NCR Rangers. They come with a variety of miniature weapons, and can be posed in just about any way imaginable. Supposedly, a very popular item. Simon Krieger is a representative of Hoover Dam who has travelled to Jericho to negotiate a deal with them over water prices. For a discount on water he offers an equal discount on one or more of Hoover Dam's products, which includes action figures.
	Bat Guano	Obtained from mutant bats. By commission of the Blackfoot, the player needs to harvest a certain amount of guano.
	Black Box	Victor Presper needs the sig of the black box in order to unlock the codes needed to command the death satellite.
	Blank Punch Card	That they were miscellaneous items that the scientists at the Boulder Dome had available for trade.
	Bio-Cell	Electro-beetles are a good source of bio-cells for small energy cells.
	Broken Radio	It is among the items Eddie Galenski stashed in recent travels. Either on Eddie Galenski's person or in his stash.
	Canteen	Among the stuff Eddie Galenski stashed in recent travels.
	Carbon	By commission of the Blackfoot, the Prisoner needs to harvest a certain amount of guano. Combining carbon and bat guano to make gunpowder.
	Coal Dust	You can use the small bits of coal dust and coal gravel to make (with the nitrate from bat guano) gunpowder.
	Coal Gravel	You can use the small bits of coal dust and coal gravel to make (with the nitrate from bat guano) gunpowder.
	Cockroach Gizzard	A giant cockroach's stomach.
	Computer Chip	A miscellaneous item.
	Fuel Cell	Component of the S.O.R.-1000 security robots, that can be acquired as a reward after eliminating or disabling them onboard B.O.M.B.-001.
	Grappling Hook	Unless power is restored, the elevators in the Nursery Factory don't work. If the player has a grappling hook and a rope and clicks on an ascending shaft then it hooks the rope there and lets him go up.
	Gunpowder	The Prisoner can use small bits of coal dust and coal gravel to make (with the nitrate from bat guano) gunpowder. This can also be done as part of a deal with the ghouls of the Reservation, who need coal.
	Freeze Gun Schematics	Found aboard the Ballistic Orbital Missile Base 001, being a component item in creating the freeze gun during the quest Find schematics for Freeze-gun.
	Holotapes	The ZAX computer in the Boulder Dome wants pre-War information. The Prisoner must collect and bring new data to be put on.
	Lil' Pip 3000	It has a flip-up split-screen monitor and is worn on the arm. It features three color choices for the display, including red, blue, and green
	Multi-Tool	Find Garun some multi-tools so he is able to do his work a lot faster.
	Nitrocellulose	A highly flammable compound formed by nitrating cellulose through exposure to nitric acid or another powerful nitrating agent. It is unknown how this item was going to be used in the game.
	Nitroglycerin	A reward from Phil for getting rid of the geckos wandering around near Burham Springs.
	Pipe	A component for the pipe rifle. On Eddie Galenski, it's among the stuff he's stashed in recent travels.
	PipGames	For some locations in Boulder City, there will be a merchant caravan that travels to and from the city. PipGames is one of the items the merchants have for trade. Tic tac toe, chess, poker and nethack were some of the games to be featured.
	Portable Generator	A miscellaneous item.
	Radscorpion Poison	At the Outdoorsman Camp, the player can create poisoned sowat fruit using radscorpion poison and sowat fruit from the Nursery or elsewhere.
	SEC-Powered Lamp	A miscellaneous item.
	Tool Kit	A miscellaneous item.
	Wasteland Scribe	Rewarded by Candice Morris, if the Prisoner gives her a lot of information during the quest, Relay new history from traveling the wasteland to Candice.
