Lt. Justin Green was a soldier in the US Army Robotics Division transferred to run the robot production of the U.S. Robotics Technology Facility RB-2851 prior to the Great War.
Background
Following an inexcusable drop of inefficiency at RB-2851 (below 90%), Green was transferred to oversee production control at the facility.[1] Firing the civilian staff one by one - typically for lost paperwork, mislaid supplies, or poor quality assembly - he eventually managed to replace the entire staff with enlisted personnel. The list of employees removed from the department included Sara Wolliczek, responsible for robobrain psychology.[2] Green's production department operated at 100% efficiency afterward.[3]
