Gameplay
A baseball is a ball used primarily in the sport of the same name. The ball features a rubber or cork center, wrapped in yarn and covered leather.

Locations
- A number of baseballs can be found at the Morgantown High School, particularly in the gymnasium area.
- A few baseballs can be found at Grafton High School, in a closet in the gymnasium.
- Five can be found around Wavy Willard's Water Park.
- Three can be found in the honey beast cage at the Freak Show.
- Three can be found around the Eastern Regional Penitentiary.
- Three can be found in a deserted cabin (southwest of the Route 101) a long way west of the R&G Station.
- Three can be found around the Tyler County Fairgrounds.
- Two can be found inside Bolton Greens.
- Two can be found around the monorail elevator.
