Gameplay
The outfit consists of a bulky, dark bluish-grayish coat, as well as khaki pants and brown work shoes. The helmet is bright and yellow, with a chin strap attached to it. The seal of the West Virginia State Police on the helmet's front.

The outfit can be purchased from the Atomic Shop for 900 
and crafted at an armor workbench. It is also included in the Around Appalachia Bundle for 1500 .
