The Weapon Rack is a constructible settlement object in the Fallout 4 add-on Contraptions Workshop.
Gameplay
Regular display rack for medium weapons, such as rifles. It holds one weapon per rack.
Crafting
The Weapon Rack are found under "Decorations" → "Display" → "Weapon Racks"

Locations
