University Point Pharmacy is a location in the Commonwealth in the Fallout 4 add-on Vault-Tec Workshop.
Layout
This small building is situated within University Point, and connects to Vault 88. It is infested with Feral Ghouls. Apart from the numerous shelves and the counter in the northwest with an unlocked wall safe, a stairway in the northeastern corner leads down into the caverns that make up Vault 88. A statue's arm and head, the later wearing a Sea Captain's Hat, are buried in rubble at a stairway, through the first door to the right of the counter.

Notes
- The actual pharmacy entrance is not found where the map marker is placed on the map, but in a building north of the marker. The pharmacy entrance door tooltip label in game also does not note University Point Pharmacy as the location, but rather uses Vault 88 as the location name.
- The pharmacy interior allows the use of the workshop to scrap items if the workshop in the northeast sector of Vault 88 has been activated.
- The statue's eye consists of three downsized Pool Balls; a Cue Ball at 0.70, a Five Ball at 0.22, and an Eight Ball at 0.10.
