Background
He designed several pieces of technology present in the games, such as the Vault Star super reactor, as well as the Black Rider and War Rider power armor skins in Fallout 76.
Ray Lederer gave Jay credit for the blueprint background on the Fallout 4 Vault-Tec Workshop cover art.[1]
