Difficulty
Difficulty is a modifiable in-game setting in Fallout Tactics.
Overview
Fallout Tactics has four difficulty settings, excluding Tough Guy: Easy, Normal, Hard and Insane. Difficulty will increase and decrease various aspects of gameplay, such as damage dealt and damage received.
Damage Dealt
Lower difficulty increases the amount of damage dealt, while higher difficulty decreases the amount of damage dealt.

Damage Received
Lower difficulty decreases the amount of damage received, while higher difficulty increases the amount of damage received.
