Captain Hamm or Cpt. Hamm was a base security captain for Big MT before the Great War.[1]
Background
Hamm was informed by Dr. Calis about the creation of a Sonic Emitter which could disable the force fields used by security around Big MT. Hamm, in turn, later informed Dr. Calis about a shipment of Cattle Prods which arrived for the X-13 Research Facility, reminding him that since the force fields did not handle power fluctuations well, usage of live creatures should be undertaken only in the specialized creature testing facility.[2] Calis ignored this, claiming that he had everything under control.[3]
