U.S.S.A. crew dog tags

The U.S.S.A. crew dog tags are a miscellaneous quest item in Fallout 76, introduced in the Wastelanders update.

Gameplay

The dog tags of United States Space Administration members Dr. Bernard, Dr. Lee, and Nowak, found amongst wreckage of the Deep Sleep project's spacecraft after its crash-landing in Appalachia. Commander Sofia Daguerre, having traced a signal from her spacecraft's wreckage, asks the Vault Dweller to either find evidence that her crew survived, or provide closure.

Locations

The item is found in a spacecraft wreckage pile in the middle of Welch during the quest Hope Remains.
