The Turbo Plasma Rifle is an heavy energy weapon in Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel.
Gameplay
The Turbo Plasma Rifle has a lower rate of fire than the Continuous Fire Laser, but has higher damage. It is accurate and results in electrical burns upon contact with an enemy. It is used by the champion of the Gladiator Pit (Location) in Los, the Vault Dweller.
