“My name is Tiffany Cheng. My miserable excuse for a husband, is "comrade" Irving Cheng, and you can tell him I said so.”
Tiffany Cheng is a resident of Tenpenny Tower in Fallout 3.
Background
Tiffany is unhappily married to "comrade" Irving Cheng.[1] Her way to relax includes drinking alcohol and daydreaming about killing her husband.[2] Her disgust for her husband goes as far as her asking the local security chief to get rid of him, which he considers to be a joke.[3]
Publications
“Tiffany Cheng spends most of her days avoiding her husband, drinking in the Federalist Lounge, or shopping down on the first level. She eats one meal at the Cafe Beau Monde and then returns to the Cheng suite and spends some time in her room before going to sleep.”— Fallout 3 Official Game Guide/Wasteland Census
