The theme workshop is a room that can be built with Fallout Shelter update 1.8.
Overview
The theme workshop is used to craft themes, which can then be applied to fully merged and upgraded diners and living rooms to change the décor of the rooms. There are 8 themes in the game.
Cost
- Level 2 (Theme factory): 16,000
- Level 3 (Theme plant): 120,000
Upgrades
With the base room, 6 Vault Dwellers with an Endurance of 10, the Railroad living rooms takes 37 hours and 56 minutes. At the second tier upgrade, the same theme takes 28 hours and 27 minutes. In a fully upgraded room, it takes 18 hours and 58 minutes. Upgrading to level 2 requires 65 dwellers, and upgrading to level 3 requires 105 dwellers.

Notes
- By upgrading the room, it shortens the time it takes to craft a theme.
- This room becomes obsolete once all 8 themes have been crafted.
- Each theme can only be crafted once.
