T. Reynolds was an employee working for the Nuka-Cola Corporation at the Nuka-World power plant before the Great War.
Background
Reynolds filed a complaint to A. Buckley about N.I.R.A. repeatedly walking into the power plant's security doors. They expressed concerns over N.I.R.A. potentially entering the power plant and misusing the controls.[1]
